AHT Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Support Specialist to support, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems and infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of the organization’s network environment while providing technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform root-cause analysis to resolve system outages or performance degradation Provide technical support to end users related to network access, VPNs, and system connectivity Monitor network performance, security, and capacity to ensure optimal operation Assist with network upgrades, patches, and system improvements Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Implement and enforce network security protocols and best practices Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment support and issue resolution Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards This is an on-site position based in Doral, Florida
