Work Setting: Hybrid option (mostly remote with the ability to commute onsite for team meetings as per manager’s request)

• Be able to commute at the Client’s site in Miami, FL for the team’s meetings as per manager’s request (required);
• Experience, and proven track record of delivering complex IT software projects in a large organization using Waterfall or Agile methodologies (7+ years);
• Experience with end-to-end software implementation from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, deployment, to support.
• Experience in collaboration with stakeholders from various departments and professional background, to define project scope, requirements, business goals and technical deliverables.
• Experience with documentation: as-is diagrams, to-be diagrams, user stories, requirement documents, test plans, among others.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with the full Microsoft software suite, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Dev Ops, with strong proficiency in leveraging these tools for documentation, communication and collaboration.

• Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
• Develop as-is and to-be process diagrams, maintain traceability matrices, and produce other business analysis deliverables;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, define, and translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and innovative solutions;
• Manage project tasks using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery through tracking, coordination, and progress reporting;
• Support change management activities including impact assessments, training material development, end‑user training, and communication with stakeholders;
• Assist in testing activities by coordinating test planning, test case development, execution, and resolution of identified issues prior to deployment;
• Monitor and evaluate system performance post‑implementation, conduct reviews, recommend enhancements, and proactively manage risks and issues.
