Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades.

Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and results-oriented Product Designer to help shape end-to-end guest experiences that bridge Popeyes physical restaurant locations with its digital channels (including app, web, kiosks) to accelerate digital sales and brand affinity.

This role requires a customer-centric approach that combines data-driven qualitative and quantitative research to identify insights and deliver seamless design solutions; ensuring that every interaction — from browsing to buying and pickup — is convenient, craveable, and unmistakably Popeyes.

Working closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product & Engineering, and Operations, you’ll bring the guest journey to life through thoughtful, impactful design decisions that balance business goals with user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Lead end-to-end product design across digital channels and surfaces, ensuring continuity and consistency across the guest journey.
  • Develop frameworks to measure the business and experiential impact of design decisions.
  • Conduct field research, user interviews, and usability studies to identify pain points across digital and physical touchpoints, presenting actionable findings and design recommendations.
  • Translate insights into prototypes, user flows, and design systems that drive measurable outcomes in engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leads, Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations partners to refine guest and team member experiences across the consumer lifecycle.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all designs meet usability and WCAG standards.
  • Foster a culture of critique and iteration while contributing to Popeyes Design System.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 6–8 years of experience in product or UX design, ideally within quick-service restaurant, retail, or consumer digital industries.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and applied research across both digital and physical experiences.
  • Strong command of research methods — contextual inquiry, usability testing, and qualitative synthesis.
  • Expertise in Figma and Fig Jam, with experience prototyping in tools such as Framer or equivalent.
  • Experience designing for digital ordering ecosystems (mobile, kiosk, drive-thru, or delivery).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics) and a data-driven approach to design.
  • Background in service design, human factors, or operational research preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and responsive design principles.
  • Action-oriented, leading with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence in an environment that demands flexibility, agility, and ambiguity.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, delegating responsibility with timely follow-up and follow-through to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Clear and succinct communicator, effective at adapting…
