Senior Lead DevOps Engineer

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)

We are seeking a Senior Lead Dev Ops Engineer to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end CI/CD, SRE, and observability frameworks across hybrid cloud environments. This role will drive modernization of the software delivery lifecycle, enhance reliability, and improve deployment automation for mission‑critical systems.

• Lead the design, automation, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Dev Ops strategies and best practices.
• Implement observability and SRE frameworks using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Data Dog, and Kibana.
• Define infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible for both on-prem and cloud-native environments.
• Manage Dev Ops governance, security, and compliance with RBAC and identity management solutions.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and monitoring of production systems.
• Mentor junior Dev Ops engineers and establish operational excellence standards.

• 8+ years of experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD, and SRE practices.
• Deep expertise with Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or Bamboo.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Data Dog, Kibana).
• Proven experience designing and implementing API Management solutions (Apigee, Kong, Microsoft APIM).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with SDLC governance, version control, and automation pipelines.
• Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills in enterprise environments.

Optional: relevant certifications in Dev Ops, Cloud, or SRE.

• Candidate must have proven leadership in Dev Ops transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Portuguese preferred.
