DevOps Engineer

Location and Duration

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 1 Year (Extension likely)

We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to design and implement end-to-end Dev Ops and SRE solutions supporting enterprise-scale initiatives. This role will enhance automation, observability, and deployment efficiency across cloud and on-prem environments, driving modernization and continuous improvement in CI/CD, monitoring, and API integration within a hybrid infrastructure setup.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployments and ensure observability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
• Develop monitoring and alerting strategies using Grafana, Prometheus, and Data Dog.
• Ensure compliance and security best practices across the Dev Ops lifecycle.
• Integrate API Management tools (Apigee, Kong, Microsoft APIM) into enterprise solutions.
• Support SRE practices for reliability and scalability within production systems.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Dev Ops experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Dev Ops Foundation, and SRE concepts.
• Proven experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge in API management solutions (Apigee, Kong, or APIM).
• Hands‑on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
• Familiarity with Auth0 authentication and RBAC implementation.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Power Shell).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Required: Dev Ops Foundation Certification (Dev Ops Institute or equivalent)
• Preferred: AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Dev Ops Expert, or Google Professional Dev Ops Engineer

• Candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong background in banking or financial technology is a plus.
• English fluency required;
  Portuguese is preferred.
