HC is exclusively partnered with a healthcare technology client seeking a Data Audit Specialist to join their team.

The Data Audit Specialist manages and maintains databases—including catalogues, accounts, system data, and service records—while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data security.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance across business systems (Microsoft Dynamics & Business Central)
• Collect, migrate, and cleanse data from internal/external sources.
• Maintain security, recovery, and access controls.
• Recommend improvements and support special projects.

• Audit work orders for completeness and billing accuracy.
• Resolve data inconsistencies and provide regular reports.

• Handle service calls and assist customers/engineers.
• Record service activities, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Share accurate data with service partners; rotate on-call duties.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to explain technical details and document processes.
• Proficiency in databases, MS Office, and business applications.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time‑management.

• 2+ years’ database management experience.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data security, and best practices.
• Experience with MSSQL and Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Customer service experience and ability to work with leadership.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
