We’re preparing for one of the most complex multi-market app launches in consumer tech: simultaneous UA for two different audiences, 60+ language variants, cross-platform funnel measurement, and aggressive CPI targets.
To meet this challenge, we’re hiring a full-time in-house performance marketing leader to own global user acquisition end-to-end.

- Compensation: $85K base + $30K performance bonuses

This is a rare opportunity for a strong mid-level buyer at a top agency who’s hitting ceilings, running 30 accounts at once, and ready for full ownership of one product — with real equity and control.
What You’ll Own Paid Social Strategy & Execution- Build and scale multi-country Meta campaigns across 150+ markets.
- Architect targeting for both sides of the marketplace (viewers + streamers).
- Consolidate structure to maximize algorithmic learning and reduce fragmentation.
- Hit and maintain CPI, CAC, and activation KPIs for launch.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
- Work with creative resources to develop new hooks, storylines, formats, and short-form edits.
- Localize 60+ variations using our base creative (voiceover-first localization strategy).
- Build and maintain event funnels across iOS/Android (install → signup → request → stream completed).
- Optimize with CAPI, pixel configurations, and cross-platform tracking.
- Report test learnings, scaling opportunities, CPI trends, and cohort insights.
- Scale spend while maintaining efficiency (initial $30K+/month).
You are currently:
- 22–26, mid-level at a top agency (Power Digital, Tinuiti, Wpromote, Mute Six, Common Thread, Bamboo, Brainlabs, No
Good, etc.). - Managing ~$300K–$1M/month but stuck between senior buyer and strategist roles.
- Strong quantitative thinker with competitive drive (ex-athletes, gamers, analysts do well here).
- Want more autonomy, more ownership, fewer internal layers, and equity upside.
- Ready to run one product instead of 30.
- Meta Ads Manager expert
- Strong understanding of algorithm-friendly account structures
- Ability to design and run fast-iteration creative testing
- Solid measurement instincts (iOS ATT, funnel visibility, attribution)
- Capable of turning data into strategy and strategy into execution
- $85K base + realistic $30K bonuses
- 0.5% equity over 4 years (with potential future value in the mid-six to seven figures)
