• Bridge Business & Tech
  :
  Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Fuel Agile Delivery
  :
  Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision.
• Champion Quality
  :
  Collaborate with Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Analyze & Improve
  :
  Use your knowledge of Order Management and Order to Cash processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Drive Collaboration
  :
  Actively participate in agile ceremonies‑sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives‑and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Document & Communicate
  :
  Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops.

• 2‑4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator‑able to bridge technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience with Jira
  , Confluence
  , and writing basic SQL queries.
• Exposure to ERP modules like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay
  .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience supporting test planning and execution.
• Ability to create functional workflow diagrams

• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Comfort working with global teams and enterprise systems.
