As our Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in our US Sprinklr practice, ensuring our complex implementation projects deliver maximum value while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and project outcomes.

Working closely with our Global Implementation Director, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating multi‑stakeholder projects, managing technical delivery timelines, and serving as the operational backbone of our implementation practice. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your project management expertise in a role that combines technical coordination with strategic client relationship management.

As our Project Manager, you'll work closely with our implementation teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes and drive client success.

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients
• Create and execute detailed project plans that align technical capabilities with client business objectives
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project health metrics and proactively address potential risks and timeline challenges
• Establish project management best practices and methodologies for the US implementation practice

• Serve as primary client liaison for project‑related communications and stakeholder management
• Facilitate project steering committees and executive briefings to demonstrate progress and value
• Manage client expectations and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Partner with client success teams to ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support

• Contribute to our evolving library of project management frameworks and implementation methodologies
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and client satisfaction
• Help establish US‑specific project management standards and quality assurance processes
• Share project insights and lessons learned to inform our evolving delivery approaches

• Work closely with the Global Implementation Director to maintain delivery excellence across all projects
• Partner with implementation managers and consultants to ensure technical delivery meets quality standards
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide project insights for scope definition and timeline estimation
• Support business development efforts through project success stories and client testimonials

• Ensure consistent, on‑time delivery of complex implementation projects that exceed client expectations
• Drive measurable improvements in project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction metrics
• Contribute to SAMY's reputation as a premier Sprinklr implementation partner through execution excellence
• Help scale our US implementation practice during this critical growth phase

• Position involves approximately 15% travel, primarily within US
• Occasional on‑site visits for project kickoffs, milestone reviews, and go‑live support
