Job Description:

Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Technical Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects for our esteemed clients in the USA.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex SAP transformations across various modules and industries, with a deep understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA with Public/Private Cloud, integration landscapes, business processes, and architecture governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale SAP implementation projects including S/4
  
  HANA and other SAP cloud/on-prem modules.
• Work closely with the solution architecture team in line with business goals and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ensure architecture compliance, risk management, and performance tuning of SAP systems.
• Provide technical leadership across SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, TM, Success Factors, Ariba, IBP, and others.
• Support solutioning and architecture presentations.
• Review and approve functional/technical specifications and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client, offering best practices, innovation, and strategic insights into SAP roadmap and digital transformation.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and recommend mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• 16+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects with at least 5 full-cycle SAP implementations as a Solution Architect.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA (greenfield and brownfield implementations).
• In-depth knowledge across multiple SAP modules and integration with non-SAP systems.
• Solid understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, SAP CPI, SAP Gateway, and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Familiarity with Agile/Activate methodologies.
• SAP certifications in S/4
  
  HANA or related areas are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in Aviation Fuel Distribution, Supply Chain, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or Utilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of SAP deployments.
• Knowledge of data migration, master data governance, and SAP Analytics tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations, IoT, or other emerging technologies within SAP ecosystems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP certifications are a strong advantage.
