As a Senior Paid Media Specialist
, you’ll manage and optimize international campaigns across Search, Social, and Display channels for clients in diverse industries.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the Account Director on onboarding new clients, building strategies, and driving measurable results.

This role is designed to give you the skills and exposure to progress into an Account Manager role.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to design campaign structures across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Display platforms

• Write and test ad copy, refine keyword strategies, and optimize placements to maximize ROI.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and analyze KPIs to uncover insights and guide optimizations.
• Deliver timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Share clear updates on campaign results and project progress.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Financial & Process Management
• Meet client and internal deadlines while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during campaign delivery.
• Industry Insights & Growth
• Stay on top of the latest media, platform, and industry trends and share with clients and the team.
• Contribute to new business efforts by preparing presentations and supporting pitches.

• 2+ years’ hands‑on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (travel, retail, or financial services a plus).
• Experience managing medium-to-large budgets and accounts.
• Proficiency with:
  Bonus: basic HTML or SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
• A proactive, detail‑oriented multitasker who thrives under pressure.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the US.

Compensation goes up to $120k USD.
