Data Analyst, Data Engineer
Reporting organizationally to the Ticketing & Hospitality Director, the Ticketing Data Integrity Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Ticketing team, and work in close collaboration with the Project Management Team and other key individuals responsible for delivering system integration, report generation, data quality assurance, technical support, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Co-Lead the integration of the ticketing software with internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement integration solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor and verify data quality across the ticketing and internal systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices to maintain data integrity
- Provide ongoing support for the integrated systems, addressing any technical issues that arise
- Regularly update and maintain system documentation and user guides
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate and relevant data insights
- Assist in setting up, creating, and distributing reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports, customizing them according to the needs of different departments
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data needs are met and expectations are managed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Experience with reporting tools – Power BI
- Knowledge of data quality and data governance best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large volumes of data and handling the associated pressure and stress
- Extensive experience in generating and managing reports for various stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Training in project management methodologies, including Agile
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data management, data integration, or a related role.
- Experience working with ticketing systems or similar platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing and maintaining data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
- SQL, Data Integration Tools, Power Query, Power BI, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
