The Role
Customer Success Manager - Payments is responsible for full life cycle management of clients, including support, onboarding, and success. The role also involves defining and improving processes for scale and assisting with our Managed Payments services.
What You’ll Do- Act as a front‑line account manager from a relationship and technical perspective
- Develop expertise with new products and features and evangelize them with clients
- Provide client feedback to internal teams
- Help onboard new clients, including training
- Identify growth opportunities with customers and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals
- Define and improve current processes
- Create and maintain the Everflow Pay helpdesk, webinars, or other documentation
- Assist clients in setting up Managed Payments services and execute on customers’ payment cycles
- Leverage different payments solutions (Everflow Pay, Tipalti, Veem) to collect funds into wallets and send payments to payees in a timely manner
- Good product sense and a willingness to learn
- Experience with payment processing is a bonus
- Strong analytical background and grasp of internet technologies
- 3+ years minimum of digital advertising experience
- Familiarity with project management and customer success tools
- Sales and/or Business Development experience preferred (but not required)
- BA/BS in a relevant field
- High proficiency in English
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
- Bonus Potential: 25% of Base Salary
