The Associate, Platform & Delivery Management is responsible for project delivery, daily systems stability and technical strategic planning. The incumbent consults with both internal and external stakeholders to build a roadmap for the LOB technology portfolio that aligns with the enterprise direction.

• Lead the delivery of business‑requested and properties projects requiring integration of multiple technologies.
• Maintain the network operating environment by supporting lifecycle projects while ensuring compliance with configuration standards.
• Support platform provisioning necessary to deliver capabilities defined in the network services service catalog.
• Contribute to the improvement of processes, procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Network Services service catalog.
• Act as an escalation point in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager for any deployment issues or escalations.
• Coordinate resources and assignments for implementation projects, while ensuring consistent and balanced resource utilization across the team.
• Partner and consult with internal business partners in Cybersecurity, Technology Architecture and Service Operations & Support, including third‑party support leads and vendors.
• Maintain network solutions that are compliant with Cybersecurity Policy and applicable industry regulations.
• Support the evolution of the network services operating environment through automation and new technology adoption.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience:
  Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• 5+ Years experience in software development.
• Proven track record managing large, complex software development/integration projects in both host and distributed environments.
• Basic knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own business.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management concepts and procedures.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the latest technology innovations and their applicability to business operations.
• Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of influence and negotiation with all levels of management.
• Proactive team player with effective time‑management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed.
