is the crypto‑native “Only Fans alternative” built for on‑chain creator monetisation. We’re scaling fast and need a Growth Lead who can actually execute, not a “strategy deck” person. This role is for someone who can drive daily growth, recruit creators, run KOL deals, and push Fanbase into the centre of crypto‑native creator culture.

• Creator Growth & Recruitment:
  Build and run a daily pipeline of new female creator sign‑ups (crypto‑native, NSFW optional but common). Outbound recruitment via Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Telegram, Discord, DMs, email. Manage automated outreach tools and AI agents to scale lead generation. Onboard creators quickly, get them live, coach them on content that converts.
• Social Media Execution:
  Run the official Fanbase social accounts (X, Tik Tok, Instagram) with daily posting. Turn platform events, trends, and creator wins into content immediately. Create posts, short clips, memes, announcements, recruitment content. Maintain a consistent brand tone: bold, sexy, crypto‑native, no cringe.
• KOL Partnerships & Deals:
  Identify and negotiate with KOLs in crypto, lifestyle, adult, and meme space. Handle deal structure, deliverables, budgets, performance analysis. Build long‑term ambassador relationships. Deliver measurable FTDs/creator signups from each deal.
• Growth Ops & Reporting:
  Track KPIs: creators onboarded, FTDs, traffic, engagement, conversions. Build weekly dashboards (simple, actionable, not bloated). Run experiments – new funnels, ad concepts, creator incentives. Work with product to fix drop‑off points, improve onboarding, optimise flows.
• General Execution:
  Move fast – take an idea from the CEO and execute it the same day. Spot opportunities in real time (trends, viral moments, competitor moves). Make things happen without needing permission or long discussions. Manage freelancers (designers, editors, agents) as needed.

• Proven growth or creator acquisition experience (Only Fans agencies, social platforms, Web3, KOL management, adult marketing, etc.)
• Strong understanding of crypto culture and creator economy.
• Comfortable working with NSFW/18+ content.
• Actual executor: handles outreach, negotiation, content, and follow‑through.
• Fluent in social media, short‑form content, and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills – especially for outbound.
• Data‑driven but not buried in spreadsheets.
• Hustler mentality: enjoys closing creators and scaling numbers daily.
