We’re looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to help us grow our Dev Ops team and build functional systems that improve the customer experience, be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and be familiar with Ruby or Python, and will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended.
Requirements- 4-5 years or more in Dev Ops / Software Configuration Management
- 2 years experience with Google Cloud – Must
- 1 year or more experience managing Kubernetes & Terraform
- 1 year or more experience with monitoring & logging stack (Prometheus, EFK)
- Strong command of CI/CD tools
- Proven experience designing and handling production environments
- Extensive experience working in a Linux environment
- Expertise with deploying and managing an application on GCP
- Comfortable with building internal tools (Python, Golang)
- Excellent English and communication skills
- East Coast location
- Big Data & ML Ops experience
- Solid understanding of Scrum & Agile development principles & methodologies
- Experience with Python, JS, Type Script, NodeJS, Big Data core solutions
- DBA experience & SQL
- Experience with data pipelines:
Airflow, Kubeflow, MLFlow
