Job Title: Data/Reporting Analyst

Skills:
- SQL - Mandatory for data extraction
- Data scrubbing, cleaning, and analysis
- Experience with Power BI (highly desired); openness to learning Power BI
- Capital construction and finance tool proficiency (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Work on the capital construction and finance tools to analyze data, create metrics, and develop processes.
- Pull data using SQL, scrub and analyze datasets, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or data analysis roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in SQL;
Power BI experience desirable.
