Inter Ex Group is continuing to grow in Miami and we are hiring Spanish speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our high-energy sales floor in Edgewater.

This role is ideal for ambitious recruiters who want strong training, clear progression, and a performance-led culture where success is genuinely rewarded.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on building new business across Spanish speaking markets while managing client relationships and delivering contract recruitment solutions within specialist tech sectors.

• Generating new business through outbound outreach, networking, and market engagement
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Sourcing, screening, and managing contract candidates across ERP, CRM, Data, and related tech markets
• Working towards targets, growing your desk, and contributing to a high-performing team

• Fluency in Spanish is essential
• Recruitment experience preferred, ideally with a proven billing record
• Confidence working towards KPIs and revenue targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by results
