As we continue scaling our U.S. operation in Miami, we’re hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our growing team.

• This is a 100% candidate-focused Delivery role (180 position).
• No cold calling clients.
• No account management.
• Your sole focus is identifying, qualifying, and delivering high-quality technology candidates into live roles managed by our senior consultants.
• You’ll play a critical part in the recruitment process, ensuring our clients receive the very best talent in the market, every time.

• Partnering with high-performing 360 consultants to fill active tech vacancies across the U.S.
• Sourcing top-tier ERP, CRM, and Data professionals using headhunting, networking, and market mapping techniques
• Conducting in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical capability, motivations, and cultural fit
• Managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from first outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted advisor in your market
• Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven Miami office environment

• Recruitment experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
