About the Role

The Talent Associate will support full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of roles in Odevo’s US business (operations, community management, corporate functions, and leadership support roles). This is a hands‑on, candidate‑facing role focused on sourcing, screening, coordinating, and providing a high‑quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with the Talent Partner and HR team to help build scalable recruiting processes and ensure we hire people who align with Odevo’s values and growth ambitions.

Recruiting

& Candidate Management
  • Manage requisitions for mid‑career roles across Odevo US (e.g., technology, community managers, portfolio managers, accounting, customer service, and operations support functions).
  • Conduct initial screens to assess skills, experience, and culture add; present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews (onsite and virtual), including scheduling, logistics, and communication with candidates and interview teams.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and extend offers in alignment with internal guidelines and compensation ranges; support pre‑hire and onboarding handoff to HR/operations.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
  • Proactively source candidates via Linked In, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and local market outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles in key US markets.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., job postings, social media content, local events, partnership with schools or industry groups).
Process, Systems & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date candidate and requisition data in the ATS (e.g., stages, feedback, notes, compliance information).
  • Help optimize and standardize recruiting workflows, templates, and interview processes across US locations.
  • Track and report on basic recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, candidate conversion, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure recruiting processes are compliant with applicable employment laws and internal policies.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview plans.
  • Advise hiring managers on market insights (talent availability, compensation ranges, sourcing strategies).
  • Provide regular updates on search progress and candidate pipelines.
  • A proactive, resourceful recruiter who enjoys “owning” roles end‑to‑end and finding creative ways to identify talent.
  • Someone who balances a great candidate experience with a structured, data‑minded approach.
  • A strong collaborator who is comfortable working with managers at different levels and in different locations.
  • A team player who wants to grow their career in Talent Acquisition as Odevo scales in the US.
Who you are
  • Relationship‑driven Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to partner with hiring managers, earn trust quickly, and deliver a high‑touch candidate experience from first outreach to offer.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions at once, keep processes moving, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at every step.
  • Data‑aware and improvement‑minded teammate who uses ATS/CRM tools, reporting, and feedback loops to streamline workflows, strengthen pipelines, and raise hiring quality.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related HR / staffing role (in‑house or agency).
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills for professional/office‑based roles.
  • Comfortable sourcing proactively on Linked In and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep systems, notes, and processes organized.
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and common HR/recruiting tools.
  • Experience supporting multi‑state US recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting in property management, community association management, real estate, or related service industries.
