Associate Recruiter – MOHR Talent
Miami, FL (Onsite by MIA Airport)

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

$45,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission

Promotion in 3–6 months based on performance

• You’ll be trained from day one on how professional recruiting actually works
• You’ll make 100+ calls per day—this is not a desk job for passive people
• You’ll qualify candidates and pass strong talent to Senior Recruiters
• When your candidates get placed, you get paid commission
• You’ll work in a fast-paced office minutes from Miami International Airport
