We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts for a dynamic organization. This temporary role focuses on identifying and engaging top candidates through creative sourcing strategies to fill critical positions quickly and efficiently. Ideal for a detail-oriented recruiter with a knack for building talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Source qualified candidates for open roles using Linked In, Indeed, job boards, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through handoff to recruiters.
- 2+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo) and sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
