About the RoleThe Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle for Green House’s rapidly growing nationwide workforce. This position partners closely with the HR Generalist and Senior HR Manager to ensure accurate onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, HRIS maintenance, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong internal partnerships, and takes pride in operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding including offer letters, background checks, compliance training, and documentation.
- Own offboarding processes including exit interviews, termination documentation, final pay coordination, and system access removal.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records with proper documentation standards.
- Process employee changes in ADP (new hires, terminations, pay changes, promotions, org changes).
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee data and partnering with Finance for timely and accurate pay cycles.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and dashboards.
- Partner with HR Generalist on internal communications, program connects, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support open enrollment logistics and benefits orientation.
- Serve as a resource for company policies and HR best practices.
- Monitor progressive discipline processes and support PIPs/PDPs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.).
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and documentation.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or Operations experience.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Agency or high‑growth company experience.
- Experience supporting dashboards or HR reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience) + bonus opportunity
- Benefits: Full benefits + unlimited PTO
- Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular business hours
