Spanish-Speaking Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Technology Market (On-Site, Miami)
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

Inter Ex Group is expanding its Miami office and is looking for driven, Spanish-speaking Recruitment Consultants to specialize in the LATAM technology market. This is a sales-focused role where you’ll receive full training and the opportunity to build your own market from the ground up.
No recruitment background is required. If you’re already comfortable working toward targets, developing relationships, and closing deals, this role allows you to transfer those skills into a lucrative recruitment career.
The Role (On-Site, Miami):- Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, covering both clients and candidates
- Build and grow your own LATAM tech market across contract and permanent roles
- Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and market mapping
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through the full hiring process
- Work toward weekly and monthly performance goals with structured coaching
This is a fast-paced, commission-driven environment designed for individuals who want ownership of their success, rapid career progression, and uncapped earnings.
What We’re Looking For:- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to work on-site in Edgewater, Miami, five days per week
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
- Competitive mindset with strong resilience and motivation
- Confidence in phone-based sales and relationship building
- Long-term interest in building a career in recruitment
- Comprehensive recruitment training and ongoing sales development
- Clear career progression from Consultant to Senior and Leadership roles
- $70K–$75K base salary plus uncapped commission
