Sourcing Specialist

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to support a fast-paced recruiting team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent while building strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions.

What you'll do:

• Proactively source candidates using Linked In, job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach
• Engage and pre-qualify active and passive candidates
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support hiring needs

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
