As part of our continued U.S. expansion, we’re now hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our growing Miami office.

This is a 180- recruitment role, working closely with one of our top-performing consultants to deliver best-in-class talent solutions to high-profile clients within the technology market. You’ll focus on sourcing and placing exceptional candidates no cold business development required.

• Partner with a top-billing recruiter to fill roles for established clients in the U.S. tech market.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their fit for key positions.
• Manage candidates through every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and post placement aftercare
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
