Delaware North Sport service is hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join the team for the opening of a new location at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. What will you do?- Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members, including orientation.
- Assist with Employee Relations, including managing and resolving workplace issues, providing guidance on policies, and fostering positive employee engagement.
- Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
- Participate in recruiting efforts.
- Prepare pre‑employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members.
- Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required.
- Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.
- At least 1 year of prior human resources experience including recruiting, employee relations and onboarding experience.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision‑making, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus.
- Hospitality and/or sport services experience a plus.
- Flexible work schedule availability – able to work on event days.
