What will you do?- Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members, including orientation
- Assist with Employee Relations, including managing and resolving workplace issues, providing guidance on policies, and fostering positive employee engagement
- Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
Participate in recruiting efforts - Prepare pre‑employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required
- Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
- At least 1 year of prior human resources experience including recruiting, employee relations and onboarding experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, decision‑making, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus
- Hospitality and/or sport services experience a plus
- Flexible work schedule availability – able to work on event days
