Delaware North Sport service is hiring a full‑time Human Resources Coordinator to join the team for the opening of a new location at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team who support a culture where our team members thrive.

What will you do?
  • Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members, including orientation
  • Assist with Employee Relations, including managing and resolving workplace issues, providing guidance on policies, and fostering positive employee engagement
  • Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests

    Participate in recruiting efforts
  • Prepare pre‑employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members
  • Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required
  • Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
More about you
  • At least 1 year of prior human resources experience including recruiting, employee relations and onboarding experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, decision‑making, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus
  • Hospitality and/or sport services experience a plus
  • Flexible work schedule availability – able to work on event days
