Overview

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training and development programs. This position will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives that support the organization’s goals and objectives. The Training and Development Manager will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that all training and development programs are in line with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training and development programs that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and assess individual employee training needs and create a plan to address those needs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
  • Monitor and track training program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure effective execution of training and development programs.
  • Design and deliver presentations and workshops to employees.
  • Manage and coordinate external training providers.
  • Maintain and update training records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training and development programs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
