Our Miami office is growing, and we are hiring entry‑level Recruitment Consultants who want a career with clear progression, strong earnings, and daily training. Every manager at Lumicity started in this role.

You will learn how to run a full recruitment desk. You will build a network of candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage the full hiring process from outreach to placement.

• Source and interview candidates in your technical market
• Learn hiring needs directly from clients and recommend qualified talent
• Manage outreach, interviews, offers, and placements
• Track your metrics to improve weekly output
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates and clients
• Work closely with your team and participate in office training sessions

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven achievement in academics, athletics, work, or personal goals
• Interest in sales, targets, and financial reward
• Competitive mindset and ability to stay consistent
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment

Recruiting experience is not required. We train you from day one.

$40,000.00/yr - $/yr

Annual Bonus and Commission

• First‑year OTE: $75,000 to $95,000
• Second‑year OTE: $120,000 to $140,000
• $40,000 base salary with uncapped commission
• Clear promotion path with defined expectations
• Award‑winning internal training and mentoring
• 15 PTO days and 10 paid holidays (+5 more at Senior Consultant)
