Director of Attorney

Overview

Apple One is seeking a highly experienced Director of Attorney Recruiting to lead and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy for lateral partners, associates, and future talent pipelines. • Develop and implement short- and long-term recruiting strategies for lateral partners and associates
• Serve as a strategic advisor to firm leadership on hiring needs, market trends, and compensation benchmarks
• Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
• Manage and grow campus recruiting and summer associate programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, search firms, law schools, and professional organizations
• Travel regularly to offices, law schools, conferences, and networking events statewide
• Lead, mentor, and develop a recruiting team while tracking KPIs and optimizing processes

• 5–10+ years of legal recruiting experience (law firm experience required; agency experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success recruiting lateral partners and associates
• Strong understanding of law firm structures, attorney career paths, and legal market dynamics
• Bachelor’s degree required, JD or advanced degree a plus
• High proficiency with Linked In, Leopard Solutions, ViDesktop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience improving recruiting processes and leveraging technology to enhance candidate experience

Compensation: $160,000 base (commensurate with experience)
