Position Title:
HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr. (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location:
In-office 1-2 days per week with hybrid flexibility. Alternate locations may be considered. Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance, unless an accommodation is provided.
Job Summary:
The HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr. will serve as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues including investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues.
- Provides advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation, and in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conducts investigations including managing witness lists, determining line of questioning, analyzing credibility, researching related records as needed and maintaining written record of the investigation.
- Debriefs leaders at all levels and HR Business Partners on findings.
- Provides oversight of the company's internal investigations of associate complaints and serves as a liaison to Legal on associate relations matters.
- Regularly partners with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations.
- Partners with AR leadership and HRBP for requests for transition agreements related to the separation/termination process and communicates with all levels of associates throughout the organization.
- Develops and provides periodic associate relations‑related analytical data and analyzes trends to determine appropriate action plans.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP).
- Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred.
- Workday or similar HCM experience preferred.
- Service Now experience preferred.
- Fortune/large company experience preferred.
