Spanish-Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Focus (Onsite, Miami)

Interviews taking place in December for a January start date.

Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

Inter Ex Group is seeking driven, Spanish-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding U.S. team. Based in our Miami office, you’ll work closely with the LATAM technology market, partnering with top-tier tech professionals and globally recognized organizations.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, resilience, and ambition to succeed in a performance-driven environment. You’ll receive full, hands‑on training from day one.

• Receive full training on managing a 360 recruitment desk, including both clients and candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the LATAM technology market.
• Generate new business through outbound sales calls, networking, and market outreach.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract and permanent positions.
• Work toward weekly and monthly performance targets with ongoing coaching and support.
• Specialize in a core market area such as Data, SAP, or CRM.

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (required).
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, sales‑focused environment.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
