My client is expanding their Miami footprint and growing their recruitment and executive search firm. They would love to speak with entry level graduates or experienced sales/recruitment professionals looking to progress their earnings and career to the next level.
About them:This is an international recruitment and executive search recruitment firm, focusing on Legal Services. They are established over in the UK, looking to expand their presence in the US!
Day to Day?- You will be running a full desk with the opportunity to recruit for existing cliental as well as bring on new business
- Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
- Headhunting candidates using multiple resources to find the best quality candidates
- Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
- Focusing on executive search, business development and consulting
- Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, this could involve exciting travel opportunities as well!
- They are hiring for our UK, European and US markets and even offer the opportunity of relocation options in the future to their global offices
- Base salary with quarterly bonus
