Associate Delivery Consultant → 360 Recruitment Consultant
Salary: $50,000-$55,000 base + uncapped commission (First-year OTE: $75K–$80K)

Start With Candidate Delivery (180 Recruitment)
- Find top tech talent using platforms like Linked In Recruiter and Linked In: sending messages through Linked In Recruiter, calling candidates who
- Build relationships with candidates through outreach, calls, interviews, and regular communication
- Earn $750 for every successful placement (contract or permanent) starting from day one !!!!
Move Into 360 Recruitment
- Once you’re confident with delivery, start developing your own client relationships
- Reach out to hiring managers via email, Linked In, and calls to offer tailored recruitment solutions
- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle from winning clients to placing candidates

- Background in sales, customer service, sports, or retail is a bonus, but not required
