Speargrass Distillery is looking for an enthusiastic and spirited personality to help support our fast growing and fun-loving spirits brand based in Darwin.

• Run the day-to-day Speargrass hospitality activities
• Host spirit tastings and distillery tours
• Represent the brand with authenticity, enthusiasm and professionalism
• Coordinate a variety of events and tasting pop-ups
• Coordinate our presence at Mindil Markets, including setup, pack down and customer sales
• Assist with collaborations, partnerships and special projects
• Assist with production runs, batching and bottling
• General operational support
• Help maintain a clean, organised and professional distillery environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to confidently lead tours and deliver memorable guest experiences
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Professional, reliable and solution oriented
• Loves spirits!
