Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Process Optimization Intern to support high‑impact initiatives within the Hotel Operations team. This intern will contribute to strategic projects such as Project North Star, Virtual Butler, the Digitalization of Stateroom Directories, AI‑driven Demand Planning, and more. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining workflows, preparing executive‑level materials, and providing operational insights to enhance guest experience and drive efficiency across NCL’s future vessel class, New Era.
Whatyou will need
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and process improvement.
