Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exemplary customer service skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and with a smile. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and informative manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, available amenities, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are neat and organized.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are available for new arrivals.
- Process transactions, payments, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, special programs, and events.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Marriott property management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
