Food and Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently high service standards, efficient team leadership, and exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for building strong operational systems, managing costs, and developing a high-performing team across front and back of house.

• Develop and implement F&B systems, procedures, and staffing plans
• Lead daily operations, shift execution, scheduling, and labor compliance
• Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and food & supply cost control
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance while recognizing achievements
• Partner with Culinary and oversee BOH staff to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and Events teams
• Resolve guest issues promptly and drive continuous improvement through feedback

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, or a related industry (management experience strongly preferred)
• Must have kitchen experience and experience working in fast-casual restaurants
• Strong guest service mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance standards
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
