The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is searching for a Housekeeping Coordinator. The position assists the guests with any requests, or questions throughout the day. Works closely with Housekeeping Supervisors or Managers.

* Essential Functions:

*** Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s requests according to Four Seasons Standards.
* Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to Supervisors or Management
* Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
* Coordinate request deliver by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, ordered and delivered in a prompt and accurate fashion.
* Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
** Minimum Requirement*
* • Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
* Minimum one year working within hospitality or related field.
* Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone.
* Ability to count and record accurately.
* Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
* Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
* Able to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours.
* Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
