Expedition

As an Expedition Staff member onboard the cruise ship
, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Expedition Leader and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our expeditions.

• Assist the Expedition Leader in planning and executing expedition activities
• Lead and participate in shore excursions, hikes, and other activities
• Conduct presentations and lectures on various topics related to the expedition
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized ship, including guest cabins and common areas
• Assist with meal service and other onboard duties as needed
• Monitor and report on wildlife sightings and other notable events during expeditions
• Participate in emergency drills and procedures as required
• Act as a liaison between guests and the ship's crew, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience and provide feedback to improve operations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge and passion for the destinations and activities offered on our expeditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Flexibility to work long hours and irregular schedules, including weekends and holidays
