Spa Coordinator/Attendant – Part Time

Position Summary

The Spa Coordinator/Attendant is responsible for checking in guests at our spa, scheduling and managing appointments, and maintaining cleanliness of the spa facility including locker rooms, quiet lounge, and pool deck. Acting as a liaison between guests, spa management, and other resort departments when necessary, the Spa Coordinator must provide a quality guest service experience and maintain a positive work environment for spa staff.

Position pay: $20/hr

• Possesses attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
• Deals with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Book4

• Has flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Displays a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
