You’ll be the go‑to person for supporting staff, solving problems, and making sure every guest leaves happy.

• Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service. Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff. Lead by example during team meetings.
• Manage daily operations: oversee costs, handle cash transactions accurately, prepare staff schedules, and maintain inventory. Utilize technology to streamline processes.
• Develop promotional campaigns and ideas to attract more guests and boost sales. Support training and performance initiatives to help team members grow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.
