The Role:Housekeeping & Facilities Manager
Responsible for daily shift operations of housekeeping and facility maintenance. Directs associates to ensure suites, salon, member areas and back‑of‑house are clean and well maintained. Motivates the housekeeping team to continuously improve while assisting with operating budget and ensuring member and associate experience is immaculate.
Responsibilities- Train and supervise housekeeping associates to meet PS standards of cleanliness and condition.
- Conduct daily inspections of suites, salon, member areas, back‑of‑house and public terminal areas.
- Verify compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
- Schedule the team in accordance with operating hours and needs.
- Educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards in accordance with Mystery Shop guidelines.
- Motivate team members and resolve any on‑job issues.
- Conduct inventory counts and place cleaning and supply orders within the operational budget.
- Lead large cleaning projects and develop project timelines with Director of Operations and Managing Director.
- Coordinate vendor repair and maintenance issues once projects are approved.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
- Support recognition program and promote PS core values.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings and town halls to communicate goals and expectations.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Manager or similar role in luxury hospitality.
- Hands‑on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
- Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Excellent organizational and team‑management skills.
- Stamina to handle the physical demands – 80% hands‑on.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays and early mornings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability for a 24‑hour scheduling requirement.
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Base salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
