We are seeking a dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team and help our clients to Always Keep Progressing . In this role, you will work with children to build functional skills, promote independence, and empower families through education and collaboration.

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy to a pediatric population
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality

• Proof of education in Occupational Therapy
• Current and active OT license in Florida
• Approved to work with Medicaid
• Experience working with the pediatric population and supervising COTA’s
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of therapy principles, methods, and evidence-based practice
• Clean background check
