Overview
Seeking an OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services at Courtyard Plaza in North Miami, FL 33169 to provide treatment in an assisted living community:
Make your own schedule.
$100/Evaluation
Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Education and/or
Experience:
New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists - Actively Licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist.
PRN
Compensation$100/eval / $14 per unit
Hospice visit rates: $120/eval and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units)
