Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Scrub Technician located in Miami, FL. The Scrub Technician will assist in surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are prepared and functioning correctly. Responsibilities include supporting the surgical team by passing instruments, supplies, and completing set-up and clean-up for procedures. The role also involves maintaining patient safety protocols, following infection control standards, and ensuring consistent organization of surgical supplies.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in surgical preparation, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting with surgical procedures
  • Knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization techniques, and proper handling of surgical instruments
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow surgical protocols, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with surgical teams and patient interactions
  • Successful completion of an accredited surgical technologist program preferred
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Scrub Technician, ideally in a plastic surgery or aesthetic practice
