Flow Practice is a modern medical and wellness practice focused on whole‑person care in a calm, community‑centered environment. We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support IV therapy and blood draws with professionalism and warmth.

• Perform venipuncture and blood draws with accuracy and patient comfort
• Start, monitor, and discontinue IV infusions per protocol
• Prepare and maintain IV supplies and infusion areas
• Monitor patients during treatment and report concerns to clinicians
• Document care accurately in the EHR
• Support a calm, welcoming patient experience

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA or equivalent)
• Strong IV and phlebotomy skills (1+ year preferred)
• CPR/BLS certified
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Experience in IV therapy or wellness settings a plus
