Full-time

• Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and maintaining records of patient test results.
• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and procedures.
• Assemble and/or disassemble kit trays and materials as needed.
• Clean and maintain the sample receiving area so that it can function in a neat and orderly manner.
• Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance, and either must correct the problems.
• Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.
• Provide assistance to the Laboratory Technologists as needed.
• Responsible for handling documentation requirements.
• Providing administrative support to the laboratory team.
• Ensuring accuracy and proof‑reading any company documentation prior to registering the data in the software.
• Entering and updating client data where required using the proper software.
• Registering non‑conformities related to pre‑analytical steps.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Associate degree in related fields is preferred.
• More than 1 year of experience in the same or similar role in a laboratory.
