Join Leon Medical Centers as a Certified Surgical Technologist and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. You’ll help create a sterile, organized environment and assist surgeons throughout every stage of the procedure.

• Prepare and maintain the operating room and sterile field.
• Position and drape patients for surgery with care.
• Assist the surgical team with instruments, supplies, and medications.
• Track instruments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with anesthesia and recovery teams for smooth transitions.

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
